Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There are several issues with this property.
1) The rooms are almost clean, but the floors are filthy. We had to wash our feet every night before going to bed because they were black from the dirty floors.
2) Our keycards had to be reprogrammed every evening because they didn't work after we returned for the night.
3) Homeless people frequent the property during the day and smoke in the non-smoking areas and come in and eat the breakfast items. They also yell/fight at 3am over who's turf it is.
4) The breakfast bar is nothing more than weak coffee, juice, cereal, and bread/bagels. The toaster only works on one side and it's so full of crumbs it literally smokes because stuff catches fire inside.
5) The microwave in our room was an old over-the-range model that had a broken turntable, so nothing heated properly. The refrigerator was set on 1, but still froze everything in it.
6) The shower curtain was thin cloth that let most of the water out of the tub and the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down for at least a minute to fill the bowl with water.
