We stayed twice at this hotel because of its proximity to the Colorado Springs airport. We were driving to another location for a few days and then driving back to fly back home. The first reason that we will not stay at this location again is the fact that there is no elevator and we had to drag our bags up and down the stairs. We are elderly and this definitely makes a difference to us. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. During our first stay, the check-in person asked us if it might be difficult for us to carry our luggage up the stairs and was able to have us stay on the first floor. During our second stay, the hotel was fully booked and no downstairs rooms were available. In addition, the bathtub faucet handle was loose and came off and the shower diverter did not work. We reported this to the front desk and hopefully they have fixed this. The fan in the bathroom was also louder than we would have liked.

Pleasant stay

The property was clean and quiet. The beds were very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff was nice and friendly. We would stay at this location again. Nice hotel with lower rates and close to the airport.

Comfortable

Hallways smell super clean, room was clean and comfortable. Beds were soft and comfy, breakfast was good. Staff friendly. No elevator in the building. The pool and hottun were nice.
