Staff was amazing. Hotel is older but well kept. Stayed on 1st floor and heard every step above me (children up there never slept lol), staff did offer to change my room. Not much around but near airport so very convenient. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good, but across is the airplane hotel and food was better.

I wouldn’t recommend stayin he here , you might as well stay at a motel . It was an absolute mess and nightmare … thankfully the staff was sweet but it doesn’t help with how dirty and nasty the hotel and rooms are .
We got switched rooms because the first room was dirty to just be loved to even more dirty room .

Little children overtook the hottub for the entirety of our stay. The smell of warm urine drifing from the tub was overpowering. The patio spaces the floor below us were filled with partiers who yelled into the wee hours. Even a call to the front desk after 11:30pm made no difference. I love the idea of an outdoor space, but placing them directly below the windows of other travelers may not be the best idea. There was very loud running (sounded like children) up and down the hall outside our room into the wee hours. I didn't bother calling the front desk on it. While this Radisson had a lot of great things going for it, the nagatives will prevent me from ever staying there again.
