I was there to visit our son. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful as we were new to the area. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. Location is ideal as it is in a newer area so there were so many eating establishments close by for us to walk to. And lets not forget the beautiful view of the mountains!!!!

Our second time in a SpringHill Suite hotel and very much on a par with the general high standard we experienced first time. The only slight issue was that the staff weren’t quite up to speed with keeping the breakfast items well stocked. That said the breakfast was of a decent standard.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities required. The room was modern and well presented. The inclusive breakfast is served in the foyer area which was a little strange however it included all the obvious choices. The staff were super friendly.

The room was clean and presentable but it left some functionality in question. Crowded in some areas where you want to spend time and just kind of cluttered surroundings. Not all the lights work properly.

Lovely stay

Had a wonderful stay during our visit to the AF Academy. The staff was wonderful - helpful & friendly & accommodating. Only minus - the hotel charges for parking! I have never seen charges for parking! except in NYC. The hotel has a large parking lot just for the hotel - there should NOT be a charge! Looking forward to our next stay!

I was coming to see my brother, that has brain cancer and he had taken a turn and I needed to come out a day early. The staff at the hotel was beyond amazing, accommodating and absolutely majestic. I’m a Director of Retail Operations and I am a stickler for Customer Service & the staff here was top notch! Preparing to book another trip out and already planning on staying here again this trip.

Do not stay here. Rooms are very small, when the TV is adjusted to see, you cant walk by it in the room. Also, hidden daily parking fee, when the whole parking lot is fenced with the hotel, plenty of space.
