The parking was free and under ground and very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of restaurants in casino across the street and only a few feet from table games, craps, etc. what’s not to like? Will stay here again for sure!!

The staff was being trained on a new system when we arrived. Our check-in process took 20 minutes as the clerk was training another clerk using our check in as an example. This training should have been conducted outside of serving customers. Also our room TV was continuously having bandwith issues, after asking for tech support for help he stated the Hotel really needs to add another network, one for wifi and the other for TVs. He was never able to fix the problem. We won't be staying at the Golden Nugget again.

We stayed at the Nugget CC on the weekend of 11/07-11/10 for my birthday. We did not have access to TV in our room. They were out. We were told multiple times that they were working on it. When we asked about it each morning we were met with very rude staff. They said “we told you it was not working when you checked in”. We were told that nothing could be done. The room was ok. It was clean but the sink in the bathroom was broken. The casino itself was very nice and so was the staff there. We had planned on making this an annual trip but I think we will stay somewhere else. It is sad because like I said we really liked the casino.

Clean and comfortable, but the bed was hard. One thing was annoying -- the separate 'resort fee'. Just include it in the hotel fee so it's an apples to apples comparison.

In the last year the facility has gone downhill and tonight I am embarrassed because I suggested co-workers stay because it was so great last time. Probably minor to some, but they no longer use fitted sheets on the bed, No warm comforters, TV does not work, the Casino was a drag and the restaurant mediocre. Apparently the GM has cut a lot of corners. The staff is friendly at the front desk, but as for comfort it gets a zero.

Room was nice; however, the bed was so hard and two pillows were huge you couldn’t lay on them as they would hurt your neck and the other 2 were super flat and hard. We both woke up with a sore back and neck that lasted a few days. Other than the bed and pillows it was great.

The edges along the bottom of the shower and the bathroom baseboards were not clean. Everything else was very tidy and clean! Also you could NOT watch any type of tv as it was cutting out every few seconds. Everything else was great.
