Clean, breakfast was good, but the second day I went to eat with my family around 8am and everything was gone. Only one tray or eggs and bacon for so many guesses is unacceptable. I asked the lady at the reception and she told me that she is working solo and that was it. Tbh she needed help.

I stayed here this past Spring. I thought I was booking same hotel with a different location. I’m not from SC. The location and price were exactly what I needed for this last minute booking. Close to restaurants and plenty of shopping plazas. However, I was seeking shelter when I realized it was the same location. Breakfast was an improvement. The waffle maker was up and running. They also offered eggs, bacon, muffins, danishes, toast, juice, milk, and coffee. Still no lids for the coffee cups. The room was worst than the last time. Water damage over the tub, cracked floor tiles, stained toilet seat, rusted door frame, stained carpet, no microwave, no refrigerator, stained bed linens. I would submit images but there is no link. I wasn’t comfortable! I was awaken by a man next door vomiting around 3 AM. I had to turn music on to fall asleep.

Very dusty, hole in shower, exhausting shower wasn’t working and it was full of dust, iron didn’t work no remote for TV. Didn’t know it wasn’t going to be a phone in a room. hallway had an odor on the second floor.

The room was very old and run down. Not clean at all. Almost all the towels had stains and were not clean. Only stayed one night out of two. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the second night, but still was.

I believe the room could have been in better condition, the air conditioner did not work properly, we didn’t have enough towels available. The curtains were ripped, there was no phone available to be able to connect with the service desk and the usb ports did not function. I believe the experience should have been better.

“Free” breakfast was overpriced. Simple stuff (like no salt & pepper, not to mention other missing items, like a meat offering in the chafing dish next to the scrambled eggs). Not like dish was dirty because it had been emptied. Looked like nothing had ever been in it yet, at 7:45 AM (opened at 6:30). Room was cheap enough that I could buy breakfast elsewhere & be OK with overall stay.

We moved to a total of 3 rooms. The bathroom door on the first room did not close into the frame. The second room had the lock broken out on the bathroom door and the floor was rotted out near the air conditioner. We gave up upon being assigned our 3rd room because the bathroom door at least closed. But the room was completely missing the smoke detector (major safety violation), the microwave was filthy and the room safe was not functional. All of the room outlets were loose and the room phone did not work. On our second night there was no towels left in the room and we had to go to the desk to ask for some. We were told that they were out of regular towels and have us threadbare pool towels that look like they should have been replaced 15 years ago. The same problem happened with the towels on the 3rd night. The condition of the entire hotel indicates that it has been neglected for years.

Hotel was fairly quiet considering the busy area and events, which was nice. However, cleaning was bare minimum-clean bedding and towels. Multiple stains on the carpet, emergency light signal taped to the wall, smoke detector missing, drapes were filthy, window bracket was broken difficult to open/close, toilet rocked, tiles and grout cracked, tv remote had good batteries but did not work, splashes of who knows what on the walls and visible part of bed frame, I'm not sure the carpet had even been vacuumed. Hallways reaked of cigarette smoke.
