Room was perfect, clean and comfortable, bed was very relaxing and i got a goodnights sleep on it. They had a large frig in the room microwave, iron and ironing board. Had no issues with the room at all.

The staff there was horrible they were really disrespectful and just made up rules as they went along versus actually what's in the handbook I love breakfast was not very good and very few things to choose from I asked for a refund they would not accommodate even though they told me I could not be outside smoking when they're building is a non-smoking building don't most people go outside to smoke in that case

The breakfast was very basic. The scrambled eggs were hard, dry and tasteless, even after they made more. Three kinds of cereal, some bagels, etc. I didn't notice any fresh fruit, nuts, raisins, or oatmeal. Plastic utensils and Styrofoam bowls. I didn't see any welcome material in the room, no easy way to contact the front desk other than walking down there. The thermostat did not seem to work, the room temperature dropped over night. The picture on the TV was cropped on each side. The furniture was very Spartan and several things were bright yellow. Otherwise, everything else in the room seemed to operate properly.
