A transformer blew up and caught fire outside of the hotel, and they had the electricity back on within hours and everything else back on by the next day I stay at lot of hotels I come to Ohio for work five days a week. The front staff was wonderful. The room smelled terrible. Like the carpet had gotten wet and molded. We were too tired to switch rooms. They are also very hard to get ahold of after check out. I still don’t have my $50 deposit back on my card 12 days after my stinky stay and cannot find anyone to help me.
