Only issue I had was the temperature in the room even when lowered as far as it would go, would not get cold. It was a bit hot in the room, only stayed a night, and didn’t realize until the evening. Wasn’t a deal breaker though, super nice hotel! Would definitely stay again!

Parking sucks. Staff is snooty. Rooms are only allowed to go down to 68 (and it felt much warmer). If you like it, cool to sleep, you will not like this hotel at all! Overpriced. I travel a lot for business and will never stay at this establishment again

We really liked the style of the hotel. It was very stylish, clean, and extremely modern. Except, it wasn't easy figuring out the elevators or where the room was. Just new and different. Room was large and very nice. I will definitely stay there again. What I didn't like is that having a person at the "front desk" was not always good. I waited and asked around a few times becuase there was no one there a couple of times...for a while....

We stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to Nationwide arena. Very walkable to the arena and restaurant/bars. Easy parking in parking garage behind the property. The hotel was very clean and everything was very high end. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!
