The staff is AMAZING!!!! However, my room, particularly the bathroom was not clean. After finding a USED wash clothe in my bathroom I was moved to another room where the bathroom was again not the cleanest. The rest of the place is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Keep in mind this was during the big blizzard so housekeeping may have been slim.

Clean property, clean room, great hotel. The only problem we had was due to booking through Expedia. I paid extra for reserving a king size bed. When we got to the hotel the king size rooms were booked full and because we booked through third party we didn’t get the room we paid for. The staff was very friendly and explained the situation. Lesson learned on my part.

Very nice room and facility. Everyone was very courteous. The lady at the breakfast bar was especially nice and helpful! We will defiantly look forward to staying with you again. A grab bar in the shower would be helpful.
