My husband & I stay at this Hilton Garden at least once a year around the same time in August. Most times we do not have problems with this facility. This particular time, we ended up with a broken toilet seat after being repaired the day before & no maid service when asked 24 hrs in advance. Hotel staff wanting me to move to a different room after 11 o'clock at night due to the broken seat. Unacceptable!! Chris, the hotel staff member running the front desk gets 5 stars. As he tried to assist in the fixing of the toilet seat. Even allowing me to go into another room to see if a toilet seat could be removed from one room to ours for repair. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Maid service was not rendered after 24 hours. Unacceptable!!! That being said I was told we would receive a discount on our stay.
