Very good hotel

The entire stay was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient, room was clean and comfy, breakfast had lots of good options. Tiny issue with 1 elevator being out of service and waiting on the other. Overall, 5 stars, highly recommended!

The hotel has been our go to hotel when we are in Columbus. This will be our last stay. A motorcycle group took over the parking lot and front entrance to the hotel. Playing loud music.

The two bedroom suite was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. The only problem I encountered was a large group of guests were at the pool just under my window and were talking, laughing and yelling very loudly late at night. The next night I am assuming it was the same group of people outside at 2:00 in the morning and arguing loudly in the hallway. This went on for several minutes and made the stay not so pleasant. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay very much.

A good first impression make a difference. When I opened the door of my room, I was greeted by two beds that were carelessly made. That sends a visual message just upon arrival. Talking about beds, the mattresses on room 203 are due for replacement. I was hoping to recharge during the night and be ready to continue my trip the next day. I slept very uncomfortably. On the brighter side, however, the property, including my room, was very well cleaned. The furniture, tv, etc, was up to date. The room was actually very nice. The teat of the building also looked clean and welcoming. The person at the front desk was very efficient and helpful, which I really appreciated. I will definitely give them another try on my upcoming trip to Colombus, GA.
