Noisy upstairs guests

Everything was great except whoever was staying in the room above ours on the third floor as we were on the second floor were very noisy in the evening. On the first night there was banging going on like someone was banging on the door and later in the evening it sounded like someone. Perhaps a child was running back and forth on the floor constantly from approximately 9:30 until 11:30 p.m. I heard it again about 9:00 a.m.

The beds was very lumpy and the breakfast buffet was just okay compared to the holiday inn express in Niles Ohio. I had the best experience in Niles Ohio so I compare every other Holiday Inn express to that one and so far I have been disappointed. But again the staff was great but nothing else was.

Property is in ok shape- not great. We reserved a king room and when we arrived were told we were “upgraded” to a suite. Wasn’t really a suite- two beds and a sofa couch in one space- not what we wanted or reserved. Bathroom was not clean, weird beeping noise from nightstand all night, broken table leg- nothing awful just not great. Below typical Holiday Inn standards.
