I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! I booked a room back in September 2025 for October 2025. 4 days before my check in, the hotel calls and says that there's an issue with my card so they take my credit card info over the phone. The next day, I check prices again and notice the room is $57ish cheaper for the weekend than it was when I initially booked in September so I cancelled and made a new reservation. I arrive on the day of check in and am told Expedia was supposed to call me (even though the hotel called me Tuesday) because there was an issue with my card. Picture this... it's after 9pm, I have a car full of people, a softball tournament early the next morning and am told my room has been given away. I was told not to worry, they saved a room for me next door at their "sister property" for the same rate. I arrive next door.. there's next to no parking, I'm told I'm getting a king with a pull out couch vs the 2 queens and pull out couch I had booked AND the rate is higher. I'm told not to worry though because it's a 4 star hotel. IT WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE WEEKEND. I wouldn't recommend Staybridge or Holiday Inn. They charge you extra, lie and have the audacity to charge for parking and they have more rooms than parking spaces. Not a good area at all, pay the extra couple dollars and stay somewhere else, I wish I would have. And then when you call the following Monday, the manager will hang up on you and put you on hold forever. TERRIBLE!!!

I was disappointed that I was not told that I would have to pay a $15 charge to park in the parking lot after I had rented the room. I just assumed a parking space came with my hotel price. I was also a little disappointed. That there was no ice on my floor. I had to go either above me or below me a floor to get a bucket of ice. I did find a big glob of hair on the shower curtain. What’s kept me from bathing for the one night I was there I just washed in the sink with a washcloth. The staff was friendly enough. The room was clean other than the shower hair, but the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. I would suggest you hit a McDonald’s drive-through.

Very loud air conditioner, tv barely worked, surprise parking fees and very unusual staff. Strongly recommend picking somewhere else in the area - lots of choices for a better experience.

Quiet atmosphere overall, all great (minus the random fire alarm at midnight). Also- something I didn't know- they have a gate that closes at 10:30? Not sure if you can leave/enter after, but I was out until 10 and just barely made it back (after getting a text alerting me to this gate closure). Sadly means I didn't have an opportunity to graba late dinner before going back to the hotel.

We were surprised at check-in that we were required to pay a parking fee to park in the hotel parking lot. Then we arrived in the breakfast area to find it dark and empty. When we inquired at the front desk the employee there made several phone calls and finally said the breakfast staff did not show up for work. We asked for a partial refund. The manager finally appeared. The employee tried to explain the issue but he walked right past her and us and into his office without even acknowledging any of us. Contacted Holiday Inn Express and was told although that is not the level of service they strive for, they would not do anything for us.
