I loved the fact the hotel was central to where I needed to be for the NHL game played at Ohio Stadium. Campus/Stadium was an easy 20 min walk from hotel. Room was clean. Floor i was on was quiet. I enjoyed my stay

Hotel was nice and conveniently located near Ohio Stadium where we were attending an event. The upcharge they charged for being a busy weekend was ridiculous ($400 a night) when it’s typically $150 ish. But such is surge pricing I guess.

Very disappointing!

At check in the guest service representative announced my room number for the lobby to know. Luckily my husband was with me so I wasn’t too worried about safety. When opening up the bed I found make up stains all over the bed. I called the front desk and housekeeping came up and changed the sheets. Then I turn on the tv to find the tv is cracked. Breakfast attendant made us feel like we were bothering her when asking for something. Not Holiday Inn standards by any means. Definitely will not be going back.

When checking in, the front desk said they upgraded me to 2 queens vs. a king for my husband and I. I said very nicely that doesn't sound like an upgrade and if I could just have the King room that I booked a couple months ago. They basically said they filled those rooms already. I would have appreciated them saying they made a mistake rather than trying to slip it by as an upgrade. Very disappointing for the high price. The bathroom had some grime in the sink and white soap splattered on the bathroom door which wasn't nice to look at. I just expected better. Otherwise it was a nice place. Good breakfast.

I stay here often due to receiving medical treatment from OSU James Center and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. They staff is very friendly and always accommodating.

Wow

The best hotel experience ever. Before I even got there I was sent a text thanking me for using their hotel and if I needed anything special in the room to let them know and they would make sure it was there before I even checked in. Then after checking in I got like 3 more texts making sure I was completely satisfied with our stay.
