Several outlets didn't work. The floor in the bathroom by the door is leaking water under it. Tried to tell them but no one at the desk when we checked out. We had a double. Not 2 Queens but 1 full and 1 Queen in room. Breakfast was excellent. Noisy hallway and above us. It stopped before 10 pm. Door slammed loud. You can hear it in our room.

The room was comfortable and sufficiently large enough. I especially liked the ability to place both my wife's and my suitcases on the specifically designed furniture. My only issue was that the bathroom sink clogged easily and there was no maintenance available on Sunday to resolve the issue.

Noisy Nights!

My ONLY complaint with this property is that the walls must be paper thin. You can hear someone clearing their throat in the next room!! It was a LONG 3 nights!

We’ll be back for sure! Never had a problem with parking. Really simple to get to and it’s right off the highway. Had a king suite and it was almost too much room for us (not a bad thing). Breakfast was good, staff super friendly and the hotel was clean. Only one thing bothered me, there was an indent in the mattress on the one side of our bed that made it difficult for me to sleep. Husband switched me sides and slept fine.

This Holiday Inn Express holds $100 on my debit card for damages even after checkout! It’s been 3 days now and the deposit is still being held! The manager should release these deposits once checkout is complete. Fairfield Inn only charges $20 deposit for debit cards and it’s released within 24 hours of checkout. Home2suites holds $20 deposit on debit card and is released AT checkout. This is ridiculous to keep holding $100 for 3 days now going on 4 days and will probably be held for 7 days like the last time I was here. I will probably not be back!
