Pros: Good location near food and shopping. Staff greeted me every day. Nice room size. Easy check in and check out. Lots of parking. Good WiFi that is free. Good water pressure and it warmed up very quickly. Small refrigerator. Cons: A towel and soap at the wet bar would be nice. Only 1 small closet for clothing. No chest of drawers. The carpet seemed to need a good cleaning. Trash never got dumped on my 3 night stay. Very minor stuff and I would stay here again if it was a short stay.

The staff I met was very nice. The mug in the room was visibly dirty, with orangeish brown stains. I brought it to the attention of staff and she replaced it, however that led me to believe that shortcuts were taken to clean the room. That is a huge issue because I have my Child and grandchildren with me in that raises health and safety concerns. Based on a 3 star hotel, I also expected more comfortability. I would not stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Hotel is very well worn. It started as soon as you walk through the front glass doors that are so dirty you can hardly see through them. Floor grout in elevators black. Everything halls, walls, doors are marked up, rusty and look terrible. Room is well past its time, the covers on the bottom of the beds is old and tattered. Dust everywhere! Bathroom is tiny. There were used dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door on the hook from the previous guest. Hairs all behind the door on the floor and in the shower stall. No water pressure. Faucent on the sink is not large enough to get all the water in the sink bowl. Mirror on the closet door was broken and cracked. Pillows were all hard like sand bags. There was also crumpled paper on the floor under the dusty table. The shampoo was watered down, and had separated in the bottle. The windows are thin and you can hear all the highway noise as well as any noice in the parking lot. The temp gage would switch heat to AC by itself. The elevators are low and bumped around, very scary take the stairs. Especially the right elevator. Front Parking lot was dark and extremely small tight spots. Breakfast was one of the worst i have experienced. French toast was just bread, no one was cleaning the dirty tables nor the garbage area was spilling over.
