Hyatt COLUMBUS/OSU is in an amazing area. Parking is safe… community is safe and it’s super clean and great staff. When coming back to Columbus, I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was above and beyond helpful!! So much appreciated the shuttle service to and from Crew game!!! Room was clean, comfy and quiet! Breakfast was good. Pool looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it, next time! Safe, quiet and convenient area, parking garage nice too. Will stay again!

I booked this for my parents after I had an unexpected stay in the hospital. My parents wanted something close but weren’t familiar with area. After booking online, I called the hotel and explained the situation. The staff were so accommodating to my parents and made things much easier for them. My parents raved about the breakfast every morning and said they felt very safe coming and going at all hours.

Nice hotel

We enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very large with a pull out couch in them. The bed was comfortable, the pillows slightly too soft. The bathroom was well laid out and had the needed amenities. Breakfast was a typical continental spread. Parking was in a garage next door and very easy. There were several restaurants in walking distance.
