I liked the concept, but the room was not laid out as shown and the sheets on the fold out sofa were full of crumbs from previous guests. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping and we said no, but housekeeping came into our room anyways. Not a major issue, but not as we wanted. The staff were very nice and breakfast was perfect. Most likely will not return.

We were extremely happy with our first stay here. The parking was free and super convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was great with lots of choices. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again for any event in the arena district.
