Horrible, ruined my whole weekend

First the room we booked was not available the jetted tub was broke ,the put us in another room so we get to are room and people and a big ole dog was in it , so they gave us another room , we walked in and there were roaches in the bathroom and by the bed we walked back out and I refused to stay I’m still waiting on getting my money back, make sure you check your room good if your staying here.

The first room they put me in was not only occupied but was infested with cockroaches. The second had cockroaches everywhere too and bugs in the bed. There was blood spots on the pillow which is a sign of bed bugs. Do not stay here. When I checked out they did not check me out and I had to call back again to get checked out.

Too much money for everything to not be on point

I paid 132$ for a jetted tub that was dirty it was not clean so i couldn’t use it and the water does not get hot in the sink or the shower so I’m going to assume the tub would have been cold as well other than that the room was clean and the workers were nice

We booked a king room with jetted tub and when we arrived they sent us to 5 different rooms because they couldn't find a clean room. Last room was infested with roaches. Crawling on us in bed. Crawling all over the floor, and on toilet seat. Tub was disgusting

Cockroaches galore

Cockroaches! My girlfriend and I rented a room and, upon entry, cockroaches on the walls, in the bathroom, on the bed. Cockroaches everywhere! Other than that, it is merely a rundown older facility in a sketchy area where I did not feel very safe even with my two 75-pound dogs. Even though they moved us to a different room 4 doors away, all night long we left on the lights and had dreams about cockroaches. Got up at 4 a.m. and left, hopefully not taking any along in our bags to become residents back home.

The whole room was a little sticky and gross, which is to be expected but the door to our room looked like someone broke into it once because the lock was broken and there was a half inch gap in the door. The whole room smelled like cigarette smoke, the fire alarm was detached and not worked and we found a drug scale. All in all would probably stay again if I had to.

Dont waste your time. Cheap means Roaches

Well, I stayed for 7 full days. Once I entered, the room, it smelled like cigarettes. At the end of my 7 days, all my clothes smelled like cigarettes. No house keeper ever came, until I asked. When I first walked into the room; besides noticing the cigarette smell, I also noticed ROACH traps in every corner, including the bathroom. And yes, the uninvited guess did show up. It was disgusting. The toilet kept getting clogged. The front desk could not find a plunger. I could not use the toilet for a good 24hrs.

I liked that it wasn’t too far from my destination. I didn’t like that anything wrong with the room wasn’t taken care of and brushed off even after I had to change rooms due to issues with the first one. At one point I even inquired about the owner and was going to call the general manager because it was just too much!
