Our property is a sanctuary for bird enthusiasts, and a variety of animals freely wander our grounds, so any visiting dogs must be cat-friendly. A brief walk will take you to the local tavern, an ideal place to unwind with a substantial meal, sample wines at the nearby vineyard, or simply relax on the patio amidst the natural splendor of our setting. Access to certain areas of our property is limited to guarantee your privacy and the welfare of our animals. The front yard is expansive and fenced for your pleasure. If you have a pet please make sure there is no hair build up on floor, keep of furnitures at all times.
Please donot allow your dog to pee or poo on the front lawn. This discolors the lawn and looks bad.
No beach gear including boards on lawns thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No pets, food, or drinks into restricted areas as they can damage and soil the carpets. A significant fee will be charged for non-compliance.
We are non-smokers and request that you do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. An ashtray is provided near the BBQ area for your convenience.
Keep doors and screens closed due to unwanted flies. Evenings may be fine, but beware of mosquitoes. Remember to turn off lights and air conditioner.
