Seriously disappointed

Requested a ADA assesible room and it was not on my reservation. Had to go out a purchase equipment to get by. We love staying there and have several times, however since it was bought by a corporation (Choice?) prices have almost doubled. Will be rethinking future visits to visit family in Coos Bay!

The inside has been updated nicely, good staff and can tell they are putting in the effort for the upgrade. Coos Bay is what it is, not this places fault.

All was good, comfortable, and clean… but the shower handle was broken in our room and wouldn’t produce hot water. Otherwise a quality motel.

The rooms have door jams on the sliding glass doors .... they all open up to the outside as if it was a motel and there is no elevator......no breakfast in the morning ....just a coffee machine.

This is an older property that has been well kept and updated nicely. It is somewhat walkable and there are some grocery stores nearby. We liked the layout of the room and the water view.

We had no problem checking in but some reason they thought we had a pet and we did not. We also do not smoke. However, we did get stuck on the bottom floor and unfortunately the people who were on the 2nd floor above us were extremely noisy and it was hard to sleep and they also got up early and dump stuff continually. If we do come back here next year I will request the 2nd floor which I thought we had. They do not have an elevator but we do not bring alot and so that is fine and hopefully less noisy. Everything else was fine.

Nice but not good for little kids

Enjoyed the hotel room, but the banisters were not built to code. They were more than 4" apart and the first thing my toddler tried to do was stick his head through the banister. We did not use the balcony on our trip because I was afraid he would fall off the deck.
