This comment may not be unique to Imperial hotel, but the shower/bath tub iis so clean that it is slippery and the bath tub wall was relatinely high in height. To avoid a fall, I took a bath. The soap , shampoo, consitioner dispensers were located at a height for a person standing taking a shower.

Helpful staff. Reliable for calling taxi. Convenient for transit, restaurant, walking distance to grocery store, there’s a kettle for hot water to have tea and coffee. The downfall is the shower. The water will splash out that make the floor wet. I have to sit down to take the shower to avoid splashing. Do not go on the 6th floor if you have heavy luggage as there are few steps of stairs

Weekend stay in Copenhagen

The hotel is undergoing a makeover and so floors 1 & 2 were out of action. Our room was great very spacious and comfortable and did look as though the room was fairly new. We had everything we needed in here. The location is fantastic as it is literally 5 mins walk from the Tivoli main entrance. It is also right by a train station and so really easy to get around the city. We actually ended up walking everywhere although we caught a cruise to see the little mermaid which is further out of the city. The Rosenberg castle and botanical gardens are a 20 mins walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by and a 7/11 across the road from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was varied and we had no trouble getting a table in the morning.

Also uns hat es gefallen, da es Zentral gelegen ist, einfach die sehr kleinen Zimmer.. ohne Kühlschrank, wenig Platz.. das war nicht das.. was wir für den hohen Preis erwartet hätten.., und dass man einen Abend vorher reservieren muss, dass sie die Zimmer reinigen, geht gar nicht, Das Frühstück war dafür sehr fein, hatte auch sehr nettes Personal!:-)

Tolle Unterkunft an sehr guter Lage. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Aus meiner Sicht fehlte ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und das Frühstück war mit CHF 24.00/Person und Tag um das Doppelte zu teuer, obschon die AuswHkgut war.
