Everything was very nice at the hotel very helpful service. Our room was very neat. Our bed was comfortable. The only problem I book the wrong week. They were top coating the highway in front of the hotel and all night long. The machines were going that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The restaurants around the area were awesome choice and we walked. Do not have to take the car back out and after driving nine hours, that was a plus.

Newly upgraded rooms and newly upgraded breakfast room awesome still work in progress in this part of hotel but looks like it be soon to open. Many upgrades has improved this hotel they need to change the color of the elevator though and second floor blue but other than that overall we had a great stay!

The hotel was pet friendly and even gave us some dog treats for our 2 pooches. They had a dog business area but no bags to pick-up poop. We used our own. Our room was nice, but I did overhear another person say their ac didn't work properly. Free breakfast was the best of the 4 hotels we stayed in during this vacation trip. Hotel is under remodeling so they set up two rooms near the lobby for breakfast. Location was ideal right off the interstate.

Not quite good.

Tv didn’t work, but that was the storm’s fault. Air conditioner compressor didn’t work so everything was wet and dam by morning, including the floor and the clothes in the suitcase. Mostly I thought the value wasn’t there. Very small room, not even a table or desk to put things on. Staff was very nice. Also stop with the eco shower head.

Staff attempted to give backup codes for wifi, still did not work. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hallway carpet needs replaced, stained throughout. Overall, would only stay again if needed.

We stayed the fourth of july weekend. We played a mini trip to be close to laurel lake! We were super close, plenty of food options, walmart close, dollar tree close. Some you can even walk too. Our room was smoke free which i asked for. Breakfast was decent, i do wish they offered fruit. HOWEVER, reflecting the variety food they did offer was good and they are in the middle of renovation. My only complaint is the firealarm went off twice, once in the middle of the night and once during the day. We had a really good stay. Very clean, nice stay. We woll definitely stay again.

Quick road trip stop

The building is in the process of being renovated. Our room was nice but the bathroom was older in appearance. Also it did not vent well so there was a musty smell. However, the hotel was able to accommodate our family and 2 dogs. We received cookies for the kids and treats for the dogs. The staff was very kind. Nice experience. Will be a great hotel when the renovations are done.

Wonderful stay, Great Hotel

Second time staying at this location and it did not disappoint! This is by far my most favorite hotel in the London area. The hotel was clean, despite being in the process of renovating. We were upgraded to a king suite at no additional cost, due to lack of availability in the room we had originally booked. Our room was clean, and housekeeping stopped by every day. The pool was well kept and nice after a long day on the road. Breakfast was very good every day with lots of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here every time we visit family in the area.

Called afternoon to confirm the reservation and notice staff will be a late check in. She confirmed the booking. When we arrived, there are no room available and owner transferred us to other locations. Very Poor management and don’t care their customers.
