The reviews are real; this place is amazingly managed and staffed. Friendly, clean, quiet, beautiful and close to Orange Avenue for shopping, dining and beach access.

Staff was amazing. Upon learning it was my daughter’s birthday, they left a personalized card and a bottle of sparkling apple cider in an ice bucket. Double checked with us to make sure nothing was amiss when we decided not to stay for breakfast. I can’t say strongly enough how attentive and sincere every staff member was. Only hiccup was a tv that kept rebooting, and the hot water was out for a couple of hours (but it was fixed quickly). Will definitely stay here again

Lovely historic lodge. Nice happy hour. Our room turned out to be a suite with 2 TVs and a fireplace. Very walkable location with easy on-street parking if you don’t want to pay for the garage. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and missed the breakfast.

Perfect gem of a place

This is a gem of a place right within a few minutes from the shops and restaurants and the beach. It’s quiet and nestled in a very nice neighborhood. The breakfast is fantastic and the happy hour with tasty snacks was a nice bonus. The king room was spacious and very comfortable. This was a great find!

It was small & quaint, rooms were great, staff very nice. Amazing breakfast included and nice happy hour to start your evening. Loved the location. Off the heavily trafficked Orange street but close enough to walk to everything. The best of all worlds!

Had a great weekend at the 1906 Lodge. The staff was friendly and helpful, the courtyard and fountain were beautiful and peaceful, and we were able to walk everywhere! They had beach towels and chairs available at no extra cost. Our room was clean and spacious. Recommend!
