I booked a room on my birthday and as I reached the hotel they told me they overbooked and had to cancel my stay. I had already payed for my room and they told me I couldn’t get a refund for 5-7 business days. It’s been 13 business days and I still have not received a refund and no communication from the hotel. Clean and convenient

Very clean and very comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the window of our room was old and thin. We could hear EVERY single sound coming from the street, conversations from passerbys and music from passing cars.
