Avoid at all cost

This places has gone so far down hill it’s not funny. No power for 18 hours, no working remotes, the list goes on I’ve stayed mutilple times but this was the worst I’ll never take my family back or recommend this place again

Fantastic Stay

Worst customer service ever.

House was disgusting when we arrived. When talking to customer service they would not give a refund or work with us to find accommodations. We ended up having to move to a different location with a different company after a 8 hour drive with a infant. Do not rent with this company.

Great condo, but...

I have stayed on this property now about 4 times and each stay was is a different condo. But this condo was missing a few essential items like TP!! When I made my reservation I did mention that there were 3 ladies and that we were there for about 4 days. We only had 1! roll and it wasn't even a FULL ROLL of TP which was NOT enough..We also had no coffee filters and the unit smelled musky..We bought candles, TP and a hand soap for the bathroom...I think the owner needs to update the kitchen ware, maybe like a complete set of glasses. And maybe some extra set of towels?? We did have another issue with the TV, but the guy came and showed us. but then the wifi went out, but I believe that was the whole complex..However, the bed was SUPER comfortable as so was the pull out couch. IF, I do stay here in this unit again I'll be bettered prepared of what I need to bring.

Disappointing

Was disappointed in the fact that the sofa sleeper was broken and was not able to use it. My son had to sleep on it in it's upright couch position which was small for him. It was a staycation so he ended up just going home. Also only given 2 towels for all of us.

Rocky start but would stay again

Overall, we enjoy this complex and this area of town. Close to everything including the beach. This unit was no exception but we arrived late (10pm) and the unit smelled strongly of pet urine. Since I didn't consider this an emergency, I left a message for the management company and the next day they came out and did a thorough cleaner with an enzyme that took the smell out. They were easy to communicate with and responsive. The rest of the experience was great. Bed was soft, really enjoyed having a recliner. More owners should consider having a place to "put your feet up" at the end of the day. We would stay here again even with the original issue because it was handled so promptly and professionally. My overall rating would have been higher if it weren't for the initial impression with the smell.

Cozy and relaxing

This property was great! It is about 3-5 minute drive to Whitehead beach and about a 20ish minute drive to Padre Island National seashore! My pup and I enjoyed walking around the property in the evening.
