The room was in good condition and clean. Breakfast was fine for grabbing something quick. However the house keeping was very pushy to get us out. At 8:30am they knocked on our door and we told them we were still in the room. Came back 10 minutes later and knocked again. Inappropriate for that early in the morning.

The room itself was ok. However the checking process could have been a little better. We had a very late check in- around midnight- there was no one at the desk, had instructions to use the kiosk with virtual person for the check in. The lady helping was very kind and nice, however, when we went to go into our room that she activated key card for us with the room number- someone else was already in that room. I felt horrible for whoever was staying in that room because I was trying to get in and couldn’t- then finally realized. I went back to the kiosk- she apologized- gave us another room and then we finally got settled in. The next morning when I went to check out around 8am to let them know what happened- there was no one at the desk again. Beds and room were nice and clean, however, check in was not ideal.

Grandma Vi who handles the breakfast area is a wonderful person. We were a bit late to breakfast and she made sure we left with a full stomach and sent us off with water bottles for the road. Absolutely would stay here on our way through the area.
