The mattress was mounted on a spring frame which squeaked if you breathed. It was unbelievable that this was used. The breakfast was not good and this was a primary reason for picking this place. I would not recommend if breakfast is important.

Everything was great except there was metal for the bed frames and if you accidently kicked it it made a loud noise. We were on top floor but if beneath us i wondered if they could hear it. No towel racks in bedroom. The office was extremely nice and friendly. Great people.

Nice room, better than most, if not all other Quality Inns. Only complaint is that there is no where to hang a towel. Hotel doesn’t off daily room service which is fine but no place to hang my towel so it will be dry tomorrow

One bed was spring bed old. Only 1 bed lite worked. 2nd floor walkers were quite noticeable. Parking adequate at best. Staff was very helpful and happy.

Rooms not at all like office. No tissues, no coffee pot in room. Lefts side of bed lacking a table n light. Lighting very dark. A lot of debris from trees etc tracked in. Free breakfast a joke. TV malfunctioned for two days . One set of towels per person. Bed frame outsized bed so had to be careful I didn’t run my shins into metal. No drain stopper in sink. Tub n sink not clean. Mold around tub n behind faucet. Existing bed table unwiped. Fitted sheets not properly placed so they came undone by a lot.

Go somewhere else.

Don’t bother. We were given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. When we asked for another room, there wasn’t one. When we asked for a refund, we were denied & accused of “trashing the room to get a refund” and b/c I booked it online, I was told to “fight it out w/ the booking site”.
