Will not stay here again. There was dirty towels hung on the back door in bathroom. The tub wasn’t clean, and a few bugs on the floor . The kitchen counters were dirty under the coffee maker, looks like it spilled and never cleaned.. The lady at front dest was nice though.

Clean Motel In Convenient Location

I wasn't certain about staying at the Galaxie Motel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rate was affordable. The location is perfect for Philomath & Corvallis events. The rooms were clean, nothing fancy, but perfect for the night. The bed was comfortable. There is a 2 burner stove, microwave & fridge for your convenience. They also have wifi. Check-in is not overly friendly, but you have to remember it is a motel.

One should not have to have a muscle man to turn on water for shower. Therefore we did not have showers. Manager came and after (what looked hard for him) he did turn on the water. Neither my husband or myself could turn it on,

I recently stayed at the Galaxie while in town for OSU graduation. This is not typically where I stay when I come to town, however, due to the high demand of lodging, Galaxie was our option. I was pleasantly surprised at the well kept grounds upon arrival and clean, updated room. Cleaning services were friendly and accommodating.
