I had never stayed at this brand, I always that they were higher priced and higher quality, was I wrong. Iut first room we pulled back the black eye to lay down and noticed what we hope was mud on the side of the sheets. Went down to change rooms. While the staff quickly moved us she also seemed the least bit surprised or bothered by this. I wonder if they get complaints in cleaning often. The next room the sheets were cleaner, but they were old and stained. The bathtub looks like a science experiment had gone bad in it. We booked through a third party and wasn't sure how a refund would work so we stayed. Didn't test the breakfast as with other cleanliness issues we didn't want to risk it.

I really think there should be a law that hotels can not have carpet in rooms. That way they can be mopped. Bed was comfortable.

I've stayed in some bad hotels but I've never stayed in one where they reused the key card folders - and the key cards. The corner-cutting is right out there in your face and makes me wonder what else they're skimping on. Breakfast was abysmal - and the hotel was not full, so it wasn't that others had overeaten. Everything is just old and worn. It was cheap and clean enough and that's all that I can say about it.
