Good stay but too many extra charges

Overall good stay. Did not like that room was right over lobby area and could hear people talking late at night and early morning. Would have liked to know that parking was an extra charge of $24 per night. No continental breakfast which is pretty standard for other Ayres properties. Also surprising to see that the water bottle in the room was not complimentary and would have cost $4. Extra charges would make me not want to book here again despite a comfortable enough stay.

Be aware of $24 per night parking fee

1. Be aware of the $24+ per night parking fee. This was a surprise for me and the charge doesn't even show on my receipt. 2. They have few buildings, I was assigned to a building that current undergo renovation. The room carpet looks old and dirty.
