I am a local who returned to the area to visit family. This property has a great layout, but it is so tired and outdated. It really needs a facelift. The hotel is very clean for where I was but now they charge you for parking in $24 not even like $10 And no longer includes breakfast and there are no apples at the counter anymore, but they said they do still do cookies at 5:30. I believe didn’t see them so I don’t know if there still good size tasty ones or store-bought.

Place was adorable, staff was great, the restaurant was so good too. Pool area was my favorite part. Will definitely be back next time me and my other half do a quick weekend vacay

We were disappointed on the daily fees for parking especially when there wasn’t enough parking. I had a Tesla and I couldn’t park where I needed to charge because there where cars park there that weren’t supposed to we ask front desk put they gave us no solution. We found a roach creeping out of the closet. This is a great location but wasn’t impressed

It was a pleasant property in a convenient location for our needs. The hotel was clean, staff were accommodating, room was adequate and comfortable . If you are spending time in the Costa Mesa, Newport vicinity it was a short drive to highlights and restaurants.
