Excellent facility, extremely clean, good bed with nice linens. Breakfast facility is excellent with outstanding service. One negative. Very disappointed with attitude, lack of friendliness and service of the man who checked us in at 8:45 pm on 10/16. Surly and gave us a Queen rather than the King we reserved. He is a black mark on the property!

Gentleman who helped upfront I wish I can remember his name. He was so amazing with an amazing personality. Just the few minutes I encountered with him he was so joyful n kind. He lightened up the room. We gotta have more people like him in customer service.

Impromptu Stay - Very Pleasant
