Staff was pleasant enough, but I wish that they could follow thru as far as keeping my card key active. COULD NOT get into my room/garage/breakfast room on too many occasions!!!! My husband paid for coffee/breakfast multiple time! My room shower on last night there was clogged!! Water almost over flowed, I wonder what tomorrow morning brings. Rug in suite had large stain on it. I couldn’t get a pot of brewed coffee sent up, was told to go down to restaurant and get it myself. So Very disappointed, wish I had stayed at Courtyard by Marriott nearby. Oh, forgot-not even a bottle of water in room.
