We did not like that the phone did not work, small TV’s and Only one light worked in the entire room I will no longer stay at La Quinta in Pearsall. We really did enjoy the front desk Lady from Cotulla Tx. The front desk lady in the morning was not nice at all we were scared to ask for help, of any kind. The breakfast was not very good we had a bagel and coffee Two waffles

I go to Dilley every month to visit my son and I stayed here cause this trip I had my dog . I love that you guys are pet friendly but the rooms can use more attention on deep cleaning. The box spring covers were horrible. But y’all had excellent customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful with loading the luggage cart. The only thing wrong was that the light in the room kept flickering, it needs to be changed.

It was really bad they had told me the pool has a warmer before I paid the room and I said ok so I got it and paid when I got here the day I had to check in I asked again and the gentleman said no it isn’t warm and I told him they lady had told me it was and he said no and we have like a jacuzzi but that one isn’t working either was so terrible will not come again to this hotel after them lying to us
