The chek inn person was kind of rude. I had a few questios about services near by and how to get a taxi for the airport and would not help or even try. All tje hallways stink at pod and cigarret smoke. The room was ok.

Not recommended

Dirty (especially bathroom) and staff basically said there was nothing they could do. Another guest stated there were bed bugs in his room and I was unwilling to take that chance. Had a three night stay booked. Did not stay, left property and went elsewhere. Was still charged for one night (front desk stated this is per hotel rules).

The Dirtiest Hotel I've Ever Stayed In

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. This was one of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed at to the point where we went to Walmart and purchased our own bedding. All of the sheets, pillowcases, and towels were stained. The sheets had pubic hair on them. There was mold in the bathroom. If it wasn't for the fact that all of the area's hotels were sold out due to an event, we would have left immediately and not even hassled with the fact that the hotel doesn't give refunds.

Lamps were dirty. Carpet felt sticky. Towels weren't very clean. I bring my own anyways. Looks like they tried painting and just splashed it all over. Definitely didn’t look like the pictures that’s for sure. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

Dated and very budget.

Dated and in below-average condition. Was not asked if I preferred smoking or non-smoking, and was given a smoking room. Fridge was very noisy. Not up to the usual standard i have come to expect from a Quality hotel - at all.

Place was disgusting, even thought it’s marked as non smoker, the smells of cigarettes was so bad that not even with the windows open you could breath. Missing appliances like hair dryer and clothing iron. The bathtub was holding for dear life. Hairs in the tub and wouldn’t drain the water. Walls and ceilings are stain. Trusty a motel vibe. Front desk is polite but the place is not it, concern for safety too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Don't Recommend at all!!!!!!!

When we got there, you could tell it was kind of sketchy from the neighborhood. Then the lobby door was locked. It was at least 5 full minutes and a phone call from me and another person till it was unlocked. Check in went smoothly. The building though is dingy and dirty. All of the hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed, even though it was a non-smoking building. There was no elevator to the second floor. The room itself was dirty and gross. The shower had mold in it, the wallpaper was torn and peeling from what looked like an animal scratching it. The mattresses were dingy but the sheets were clean. The light by the door didn't work and when we told management he just shrugged and blamed "bad wiring". The fridge worked but had major ice buildup. The microwave was completely broken and the manager brought up a new one, but that one was dirty. The bathroom fan didn't work at all and neither did the second sink. There were sketchy looking people constantly coming in and out of the building, hanging out by the door and smoking. We were accosted by random guys a couple times. Saturday night they had a "wedding party" in the basement that was sooo loud it shook the whole building. I complained and they said the party was going to last all night and they would have them shut the basement door. I'm guessing others complained also because it was over before 10 pm. there's more but I'm out of space. In 43 years of life this is the 3rd worst hotel I've stayed in.
