Disgusted with my stay

Cleaniness was terrible all thru the entire building, chipping bathtub with paint in it to cover it up, pool was disgusting was cloudy and a lot of nasty stuff floating in it hasnt been maintained in awhile chemicals or properly cleaned. no smoke alarm at all in The room wasnt happy with anything there was mad bc i took my 1 year old to go swimming and how poorly it was, they didnt have towels or washing stuff avaliable they ended up giving us pool towels.

This property is not like the pictures. Very poorly maintained. I feel sorry for the staff. They were super friendly and sure worked hard to make my stay as good as they vould for what they had to work with. Its for sure an owner/ management issue. I didnt even finish my stay. I left after the first night. Kinda ruined my birthday a bit. I realled wanted to take a bath and there wad no way to use the tub. Pretty mad about that.

This hotel was full of cockroaches. Nothing in rooms worked besides tv. Only one pillow in room. Very loud and seemed to be many people coming and going all hours of the nigbt that werent even guests. Will not stay here again. Wish i could get my money back!!

It was ok, in the room it was nice I could see fresh paint. But no outlet near the desk except behind you. May want to clean up paint on floor from bathroom that was a little bad. I didn't do breakfast, I would stay again if I needed to. It wasn't totally fantastic, but I have stayed in others around the area and it was better than what I thought. It was safe area as well.

There was ants in the bathroom, crawling all over the faucet in the bathroom sink was so loose. He had to use two hands to turn it on, hold it steady and then turn it. Minimal hot water the breakfast was hard, boiled eggs and sausage not much of a breakfast. There was caulking and paint all over the floors woodwork they painted the light switches. The one lamp in our room did not work because the lightbulb just sat in there. it didn’t screw in you could’ve been electrocuted very easily. it just wasn’t very clean anywhere and very unappealing.

Dirt and debris around entrances, in hallways on staircases...bathroom (vent didnt work...faucet only ran cold water... no face towels...just 1 hand towel and 2 batroom towels for a 2 day stay and per 2 guest) tv didnt work plus no controller...pool dirty, dark and filmy...breakfast was limited to dry goods and unstocked...outlets in room didn't work well...curtains ripped...rodents scratching in walls/ceiling...

Hotels.com is terrible

Charges me even after I said I was leaving due to the security latch being broken open by hammer or something, blood on pillow cases, mildew/mold in rooms, moisture/water in halls and running down walls, filthy, very unsafe, manager at front desk was a complete jerk and refused to help at all, the businesses next door say hookers and drugs run through that hotel all the time so not family friendly at all. The hotel posts and advertisement is a complete lie from what the condition and location actually is. I put in request with hotels.com because I wanted my money back since we left and did not stay and have not heard back from them at all. There is no phone number to talk to anyone with hotels.com so I wil never use them again if I don’t get my money back and I will be letting everyone I talk to because we travel with lots of teams know that they charged me and have no way to contact anyone to get a refund even when the hotel said they would and did cancel our stay. So this company just kept our money and we didn’t even stay there!

It was a place to stay. I will say it was clean but everything was old and the sink was clogged. Manager was really nice some of the housekeepers were rude. I wouldn't call what they served a breakfast buffet AT ALL. And im pretty sure there are working girls on the property lol.
