Very friendly. The room was clean and a great use of space. A full fridge and kitchen with a small table, sitting area with a tv, sofa and chair, an updated bathroom with a great shower and a sleeping area. We enjoyed our weekend and had a great stay.

This is my second time staying at the Florence, KY Ashley Quarters. We enjoyed our night there last year and did even more this time. I was even more impressed with the property and those who work there. It feels like a home away from home.

Good for our short stay

We checked in late and left early for a flight, so can’t comment on the breakfast. I really appreciated having microwave and dishes in the room, so we could bring some dinner and make coffee before we left. The room was very clean, staff was super nice, and it’s a quick and easy drive to the airport. The only negative was that someone before us had set the clock alarm to go off at midnight; it was so loud that I’m sure adjacent rooms could hear it.

If you’re looking for a quiet area for a night that offers the luxury of a kitchen within your room, this will be perfect! As for my experience, I can say that there are some folks that treat this property as “home.” You must have a room key to access the room hallways. I was threatened by an individual who apparently lost his key and wanted me to let him inside. After talking to staff, he is one of those people, but said I did the right thing by not allowing him inside.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the beds were in need of updating. The mattresses were quite worn and uncomfortable.
