My room was clean & spacious. The hot breakfast in the morning was good. The location was good for both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. There were restaurants, shopping malls & stores and a theater near by. Easy on/off to I-71 & I-75 freeways.

The desk clerk, Nick gave me a hard time trying to cancel my next day stay, even to the point of lying to Expedia's customer service. I booked my stay for a 2 night stay. When I got there for check in at 2:55 pm, I changed my mind about that 2nd night. He would not let me cancel. Thanks to Briana at Best Western and Joe at Expedia, I was able to cancel the next morning at checkout.
