The desk clerk, Nick gave me a hard time trying to cancel my next day stay, even to the point of lying to Expedia's customer service. I booked my stay for a 2 night stay. When I got there for check in at 2:55 pm, I changed my mind about that 2nd night. He would not let me cancel. Thanks to Briana at Best Western and Joe at Expedia, I was able to cancel the next morning at checkout.

Room was clean. I didn’t like the placement of the toilet paper roll. It was a long stretch with my sore left shoulder to reach it. I am not sure if there was a better option. I was shocked at all of the airport noise because when I was here on the 23rd I heard none. Staff were great.

Everytime the wife and I always go to Florence for a little get away we always stay here, the room was very clean, friendly ppl the bed was comfortable and it's close to most of the restaurants in the area and you can you walk to the gas station. I highly recommend staying here it's nice and quiet and no one will bother you here.
