I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Covington, GA. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the price felt fair for the quality. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a pancake and waffle station and fresh ground coffee. Overall, a solid stay—I would definitely stay here again.

The first room I was in the hot water didn’t work so they had to move me into another room and the AC didn’t work very well in there other than that the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great as usual.

The room was clean ... staff was very accommodating... breakfast was OK. There was ample parking and the area felt safe. It was ladybug 🐞 season so they were all over the hotel. The temp dropped from 75 degrees into the 30's the night I arrived and I had to hack the AC t-stat the next day as it wouldn't go above 75 degrees ... it was locked. Additionally, the water in the shower was lukewarm and I had to ask the front desk to turn up the boiler ... which should be an automatic thing when the temperature drops so low. Nonetheless, by the time I arrived back home from a 5-day trip, I had developed pneumonia. Other than that, the hotel is surprisingly pleasant.

Great staff, Great atmosphere. I needed to check in a day before and the hotel was very accommodating with my needs. Very secure and right off the highway, close to restaurants and shopping.

Paid for 4 nights and left after 3 and couldn't get a refund for the last day but I didn't even care, there was no warm or hot water in the shower and it was 30 degrees outside, called front desk and basically was blown off, spoke with other guests and they had the same problem. The entire staff were rude and the breakfast was far from being ok. The bed was not comfortable, we considered leaving before the 3rd day but paid for 2 tours and we didn't want to miss them. We visit Covington every year at Xmas time but never will be back here!
