The overnight temperature in the room got to 84 degrees. The heat would not turn off. I was told at the front desk that maintenance was unavailable and they had no room to move us to.

We stayed here for a UGA game weekend and it worked well for what we needed. The drive to Athens and back was about an hour each way, which made it a convenient base for the trip. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and getting to dining and downtown was easy. This was a solid stay and I would come back.

When we initially checked in, we had an issue with there being a ton of lady bugs in our room. When we asked the front desk staff about it, they were incredibly sweet and accommodating and got us into a different room within ten minutes. We were always greeted upon return to the hotel which was very nice. The breakfast was probably the best we've had at any hotel. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is convenient from the interstate and easy to maneuver to the downtown area. It was very clean and updated. The only complaint I have is the bed was very hard.

Had a clogged bathroom sink, washed my hands after using the toilet and brushed my teeth and had a sink full, gross!!!! called the front desk to ask for the maintenance person to come fix the sink at 6:30 pm, said that he/she would be notified. no one call, call the front desk back at 7:30 pm, they said that the maintenance person was now not on property and they hadn't heard back from the maintenance person. I had driven all day and had a early 5am departure planned. The front desk offered to give me a new room however by this time my wife was already in bed. I finally found a knife and pried up the sink plunger each time we used the sink I expect more.
