Concrete outside the elevator on the 2nd floor was broken, making it difficult for wheeled suitcases and my accessibility needs. There was food on the headboard of my bed. The bathroom wall and floor behind the door had not been cleaned in a long time- someone’s “personal hairs” were laying on the floor. Staff was friendly for the little contact we had with them at check in. Admittedly, I forgot to check out when I left for the airport at 3am. When I called later that morning, around 5am, and told them I had forgotten and checked out but left the keys in the room they were understanding and got it taken care of. Overall, I needed a place near the airport to crash for an early flight. The price was still more than what the room was worth and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Boogers on the Wall

Will never stay again. Huge booger on the wall in the vathroom. Floors made our feet and socks black in minutes. Bugs and spiders. Just dirty and gross. Clerks were very rude. Paid for 4 people and would only guve us 3 towels at a time.

Staff was friendly enough to changed our smoking room to a nonsmoking room. Room felt dirty, dead roach in bathroom. Windows on some of the rooms were cracked and had been tapped up as a fix. Our bedroom door didn’t have the top safety lock so we felt unsafe. Wouldn’t book this hotel again

The room was clean enough, but the window had been broken at some point, probably NOT recently...and had only been put back together with tape. Also, the guy checking me in won't be nominated for employee of the month anytime soon...Don't blame your customers for your faulty credit card reader.
