Great location!

This house was perfect from the location, to the cleanliness. It had enough room in the driveway for your trailer and two cars. The dock fit our 27ft boat perfect with no tide issues or low bridges in your way. Beds were comfortable and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

House issues No jacuzzi

Everything was ok a few minor issues that we had. To fix up quickly like the ac was leaking upon arrival we had to blow out the line and clean up a nig mess However, our Big Issue was the house is listed as haing a jacuzzi hot tub and there was not one. That should not be allowed that is something I was looking forward to. And if you don’t have one the rent should be cheaper. Had I know there was no jacuzzi I would have went with a different house.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood, which we are familiar with and one of the reasons why we selected this location, is very quiet and easy to get in and out of. The location is great for taking it easy, fishing and making the run to the scallop grounds.

Great on water location!

We had 6 adults and one teen stay for 3 nights while we scalloped. It was very convenient to tie up our boat to the house dock and avoid the ramps every day. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. We used the grill and cooked every day. The kitchen is well stocked. We also really made good use of the 2 refrigerators to stock extra water, drinks, and ice! This house is perfect if you want to be right on the water!

Beautiful views, lovely home, perfect location

This home was spotless. Very well appointed. Perfect location for boating. Very close to 3 Sisters Springs, town, restaurants, shopping etc. Easy check in and out. No hassles at all. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for some peaceful time on the water.

Beautiful home and location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location right on the water offer unlimited kayaking opportunities, and great wildlife watching. The lanai provided a perfect location to enjoy morning coffee, meals, and unwinding with a nightcap. We will definitely return!

Spring Break on Kings Bay

Loved the house, large screened in patio area, and lagoon. We saw dolphin and manatee in lagoon each day. My son fished off dock and caught catfish and snapper. We rented a pontoon and explored the bay, Three Sisters Springs (my kids swam with manatees), Crystal River, and the Gulf. It was a great Spring Break, especially for my teenage son who loves to fish. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and wonderful location.

6 friends went to paddle with the manatees. The weather was cood so the manatees were plentiful! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this house. We paddled to 3 sisters springs from our dock. House managers are very nice and eager to help. This was our 2nd time to stay at this house. 5 stars.

Very well located, nearby grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to channel. Boat ramp just 5 minutes away. Room for trailer. House overall is in good condition, well equipped. Definitely will do it again.
