I love the staff, they are so nice. The hotel is clean and safe, comfortable. Our room was on the bottom floor, it was super humid and felt like walking into the beach. Asked for another room, they were full, so they couldn’t move us. They offered a dehumidifier, said it was like that in many other rooms due to storms. Hard to sleep the first night until they gave us the dehumidifier the second night. Flared my body up honestly. But I stayed in this hotel before, on the second floor, and it didn’t feel humid.

This was a nice, clean hotel. Also, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful when our daughter's room did not get transferred to Comfort Inn from Expedia. She got it all worked out. Close to Six Flags, which was our reason for visiting. Would stay here again.

I’m absolutely furious with the appalling service I’ve received. After making a confirmed reservation, I arrived at the hotel only to be told it was canceled — with no warning, no explanation, and absolutely no attempt to fix the situation. This is beyond unacceptable. I planned my trip around this reservation and was left stranded without a place to stay. No apology, no alternatives offered, just a complete disregard for the inconvenience, time, and money your hotel has cost me. This kind of treatment is disgraceful and completely unprofessional. I expect a full explanation and immediate compensation for this nightmare of an experience. I will also be leaving public reviews so that other travelers aren’t blindsided like I was.

Not sure about how close it is from the shopping centers but this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed on and it was a great price for a last minute canceled flight. Everything was really clean, the staff very friendly and one of the most spacious bathrooms ever ! Definitely staying here from now on.

Perfect Stay

We arrived in the early evening at the hotel after flying in from Canada. It was close to the airport & relatively easy to get to. It was perfect after a long day. Top marks to the breakfast staff. They were friendly and very helpful to my brother who has Parkinson’s. The place was neat, clean & comfortable. I especially enjoyed the Texas waffle!
