Embassy Suites lodgings is one of our go to places to stay. I have yet to experience a less than five star treatment. Probably eventually but this is one of those times not today. I normally prefer to stay at a Embassy suites however this time I had a problem with the heating in the room, the maintenance guy came up to fix it and it got better however, when I stepped out of the room for a few hours, I came back to another cold room. I contact the person that left a message on my phone if I need any help with the room however no one came back to fix it so it was kinda late so me and my wife just wrapped our self up in a blanket and went to sleep.
