Ricardo was most excellent taking care of us. I wish the housekeeping had done a better job. Wait staff in the food and bar areas were excellant Housekeeping didn't clean my room and when she did she did not restock toilet paper and left me with no toilet paper. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.
