The front desk attendant barely spoke any English, He was very difficult to understand, he refused to understand my situation. When we finally got to the hotel around 2:30 in the morning, He was very unpleasant, and when we got to the room it had a very bad smell to it, The air conditioning only went as low as 68° so it was very hot in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in and out of DFW.

Great for a short visit, not luxury and checks all basics and very clean. It was a very comfortable stay, overall updated facility, beds were comfy. Only thing I can see missing was filtered water station.

Booked an over night stay for my sons (2 of them flying out from DFW @ different times). Shuttle service was a great help for everyone and they said the hotel was really nice. Will definitely be booking this hotel next time they fly in or out of the Dallas area.

We waited last night for 45 minutes for the airport shuttle. Communication was poor. This morning the shuttle was supposed to be on time and was not. We had an international flight to catch. The hotel is ok, but nothing special. The shuttle issue really is a problem. We were meeting people for dinner during our overnight layover and this chaos impacted our plans.

The staff was nice. Although the room seemed clean it had a horrible smell. The smell was similar to dirty mop water or mildew. The bed was also very hard. they did finally offer me another room, but it was late at night and I an early flight so I just went to sleep instead. I also did not like the breakfast options. I did love that I was able to leave my vehicle there while I was on my trip and the round-trip transportation to and from the airport was great.

Close proximity to the airport with plenty of free self parking available. Check in process was secure and easy. The king bedroom was bigger than expected so that was nice and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night but could’ve stayed longer and been fine there for the whole trip if Dallas was our final stop (it wasn’t).
