The room smelled disgusting, the refrigerator did not work, and the air-conditioning was so loud and sounded like a plane taking off. Also, the AC would go on and off every 2 to 5 seconds. We would never stay here again.

Rooms were large and had a sofa which is nice for watching TV. Good proximity to ballpark which is why we were visiting. Included breakfast was OK. We requested a roll-in shower for my disabled husband and I even called to confirm this 1 month prior. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Took close to 1 hour to get us into a proper room, which had a strange smell. It looked clean but what was that smell? Shower equipped with seat and handrails but soap/shampoo dispensers out of reach when sitting. No counter around sink (pedestal) so no where to put toiletries in bathroom. It was overall comfortable and easy to access/good onsite parking but had some issues. Staff was nice.

Good but learning

The room was great set up however it appears they forgot to complete their bathroom clean up. Also I'm traveling with a group of kids and for whatever reason the pool is not open at this hotel until the middle of June! Wish I had known that before I booked. Who knew you needed to ask if a pool was open in the summertime

The property was in a good location. It was neat on the inside and out. The surrounding area was seemed fine. I didnt see any people hanging out on the outside of the building or the places surrounding the hotel. There was not a lot of noise. The staff was welcoming and very polite. The front desk clerk Sheri(I believe) was very kind and understanding about helping us with getting our room. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The shower water was hot. The room was clean as far as the eye could see, but I always bring cleaning products to go over things again. The only thing I would suggest is they change whatever fragrance they use for their hallway. Its smells weird and its not a welcoming smell. Thats the first thing you smell when you get off the elevator to go to your room. I would stay there again.
