The lobby is under construction, you should warn the customer about this. No elevators, no cafeteria. The people from the hotel called me 1 hour before the check in to tell me that. So bad from you.

The hotel is under construction with no elevator. Room should have been discounted if under construction. My room was on the 5th floor. I had to carry my bag up five flights of stairs. The parking gate access swiper was broken on the ground. the room itself was fine.

While I understand that renovations were going on, I was not made aware that the elevators were out of service until after I had been checked into a room up on the 4th floor. There was nothing in the listing indicating any renovations were taking place, nor was there any mention of the elevator being out of service. Needless to say, there was no breakfast either. Had I known any of this, I would have booked elsewhere. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because otherwise, the staff was very friendly and got me checked in quickly.

The stay was pleasant. I am looking for to seeing the hotel after the renovations. The only downside was sometimes being stuck outside and having to go to the side door because the back door would not allow us to get in

The hotel is under construction. Staff was nice and helpful with bringing us through the work area to get our luggage upstairs. Due to the elevator being out it caused some hardship with my elderly parents. Hopefully the property will be beautiful once it’s finished with the construction. Not a good recommendation now.

Staff were amazing! Super kind. Rooms were super spacious and clean, Only issue was the elevator went out so the whole weekend we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs anytime we went somewhere. Wouldn’t have been the biggest deal but I’m recovering from a car accident so climbing up and down stairs was not the greatest choice for me. Other than that I would of gave it hotel 5 stars

I feel that a refund is in order. We called before we were to arrive and ask for a crib and were told they didn’t have cribs and offered no solution. We arrive on Thursday pm very late, they put us in a room directly across from a malfunctioning elevator that slammed shut every five minutes with no one on it. Kept us awake all night including our 1 year old. We asked to be moved to another room and ask for a bathtub while we ate breakfast in the lobby that had no air conditioning which was miserable. They moved us to a room with no bathtub again so we had to move our luggage for a third time - this room Had 2 double beds not a king. We left the hotel and when we came to change for dinner the elevators were out so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs carrying a toddler. Then when we came back from dinner they told us in the non air conditioned lobby the elevators would be out for a week. So we had to climb 5 flights of stairs again. Carrying pack and plays and luggage and a toddler down 5 flights again to leave. All of this was unacceptable to say the least. I feel a refund is in order and I will also be contacting Hyatt. Expedia should have been advised of the state of the hotel and contacted us to make other arrangements. Expedia itinerary 73280548708454. Booked 10/21. We were in Dallas to visit my 88 year old grandfather/great grandfather who is a resident of Presbyterian village North. I can be reached at 504-210-7492 for any further information. I expect a refund imm!
