My wife and I enjoyed staying here, but we did expect more. The king size bed needs to be changed, we were sinking into the middle of the bed, also noticed that the bathroom in our room had a tv on the mirror and the remote control did not really work after a few tries i was able to turn it off. Also noticed no ventilation in the bathroom make sure to take a spray, if you knowwhat i mean lol. I had to call the main desk because my refrigerator was not cooling when i looked, it had a block of ice preventing my drinks to cool. But maintenance got there really quick! Swapped out the refrigerator, but my drinks remained hot because it took a long time to cool. But it was nice, we had a really good view of the city. We may not come back to this hotel, i made reservation to another hotel for next month. But I gave this place a 3. The staff was great, except a Dallas Police officer that just kept on looking at my wife and I really mean. That was on Sunday morning before 11 AM on 8/31/2025 just incase someone wanted to look into this. The amount i paid in full and to have this cop doging us is on call for.

Very accommodating, and helpful. As soon as I checked into my room, there was a small leak with the toilet, so the bell hop took me right back downstairs and they upgraded my room to the 19th floor with a bigger room. Brunch buffet is amazing and the area is walkable and the parking was easy. Valet super nice careful With our car in the pool was pretty packed, but it was fun even though it was still 80° at 9 PM. Will definitely stay there when I go back to Dallas next month.

We like the Omni, this one is good overall. The valet guys are great. Unfortunately the rooms for the price are just ok and the sheets were ripped and we had to keep asking the staff to clean the room multiple times. We will probably stay elsewhere next time.
