The definition of a mixed bag. Firstly, I was checking in with a service dog. The manager seemed to panic when I said this. I informed him that he was a mobility service dog. That seemed to make the manager happy. He didn’t ask me if I had a copy of the Dog documentation. I informed him that that was illegal to ask for, and that I have it in my car. He looked at me very strangely… And almost puzzled. And then he said “oh I am only asking because we have to have it on file you know?” in which I informed him that that was also illegal. Anyway, got to the room and it looked nice. But there was dirt on the toilet. I went back to the manager, and he inspected it. He then gave me a new room. Which was good. And I was happy with that. Overall, the rest of the place was clean. It was just made unnecessarily awkward. The shower was also cold, but it did heat up after leaving the water run for about 10 minutes.The breakfast was fine. The breakfast room was very clean and nice. Options were limited, but not bad. Better than I expected. Coffee was delicious… I’m gonna admit that.

I Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless. Addition, the staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent hospitality. I also really enjoyed the karaoke and the bar. Definitely I will be back.

The room was very reasonably priced and clean. Granite bathroom sink. The manager Ti Thanavadee was extremely accommodating when asked for the first floor at check in because my husband uses a cane to walk. After my husband had a fall that morning she gave us extra time to check out due his limited mobility.
