Not bad but not excellent

Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling. A bedside table light would go off by itself. Breakfast was very minimal and undercooked or overcooked.

This hotel is basic but the rooms are large, clean and it’s very quiet. Beds are comfortable & bedding is new and clean. We also felt safe here. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast had good eggs, toast & waffles. Some better pastries and bacon would make it so much better. Our one complaint is the elevator smells like sewage. No where else smells like this but while you’re in the elevator you gotta plug your nose, it’s very strong.

It was a nice property with a stay in a nice, big comfortable room. There weren't any walkable restaurants so I had to Uber but it wasn't terribly far.

Great stay. I was picked up by the shuttle quickly. The driver was very kind and offered me to make any stops if needed for food. The owner is onsite and greeted me, offered water. I can tell he has a hands on approach for his hotel. I admired how courteous his interactions with his staff were. Clean, quiet.
