Worst Experience
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. She's a little me in front of staff and other clients checking in. When I called down to the front desk for assistance the person answering the phone did not speak English as their first language. I did not know this and was accused of being hostile towards this person because this was knowledge I should have had. Asking for room that was accommodating for my needs was disregarded because when I was trying to communicate with hotel staff they were not able to understand. Instead the manager decided to be rude to me and threaten to not allow me to stay. When I was given a room it was a pet room that was filthy. It smelled like wet dog. There was pet hair everywhere. And animal dander all over the furniture. Since I'm allergic as you might assume it was a very bad stay for me. Since the manager was already rude I didn't feel like I was able to ask for a room that was different. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. In addition, the day I went to check out I fell in the bathtub which seem to be extra slick. There did not seem to be much concern on the hotel's part. I typically say in Dallas every month but I can't imagine paying this company to treat me so disrespectful again. All in all 0/10.
