It was very concerning to hear that our Front Desk did not provide the level of service that you - and our Resort expects. As I’m sure you are aware, we take great pride in providing a high level of service and quality to our guests. We are truly sorry to hear that the rooms location put a damper on your stay with us. While we do our very best to accommodate as many room requests as possible, sometimes due to high occupancy levels we are not able to accommodate all requests. I understand how frustrating it can be when traveling with a family not to have connecting rooms. We appreciate your time and feedback and our apologies again.
