If you're not picky about the age and condition of your room, then Ethan Allen is the perfect place for you. The guest rooms are circa 1980's, but they're clean and roomy. EA is also still a really good value, considering the absurdly high hotel prices in the surrounding area. The common areas (ball rooms, conference rooms, restaurant) at EA are all quite nice and elegant.

Older hotel with a beautiful lobby. The room was comfortable but a bit small. The elevators were very slow, and breakfast is not included. The check-in process was also slow and felt disorganized because a rush of people came in at the same time as we did. The lobby and conference rooms are beautiful, the bedrooms not as nice.

We reserved a room with a king bed and were given a smaller room with 2 small beds and told we didn’t have a choice because we booked through a 3rd party and the hotel was full and couldn’t accommodate us with a king bed. The pool was closed again due to maintenance; this happened the last time we stayed there. The staff wasn’t very sympathetic or friendly. Definitely the last time we stay there.

Hotel was great except for a couple of things: TV’s take about 10 seconds between channels and no guide to know what channel is what. Toilet is mounted with a wall one inch from the side. You have to sit side-saddle and can barely fit your hand in to flush. Other than that, great.

The room has no working ac, the room was not described correctly on web page compaired to what we got. The elevators were on the other side of building and you had to go through the whole hotel to get to room. The rugs wete dirty and torn. Wallpaper ripped. Tub backed up.

This Hotel has really gone down hill. I've stayed here for the past 3 years in a row for an annual event but I will not be back to the Ethan Allen. My latest stay was on the first floor. The carpet in the hallways was filthy and smelled. Both TV's in the room were not Smart TVs and only one got any TV channels. When I checked in they had messed up my booking and were going to put me in a handicapped accessible room with two separate beds for my wife and I. The receptionist kindly offered to upgrade my room for over $100 more. When i declined she miraculously found a room with a single bed for us. Buyer beware.
