With five bedrooms, sweeping Gulf views, and a private pool, this coastal home offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax, gather, and enjoy Dauphin Island together. Multiple decks and a crow’s nest lookout provide incredible vantage points for watching the waves, catching the sunset, or simply soaking in the island breeze. Just steps from the sand, Island Escape delivers the kind of laid-back coastal experience guests return for year after year.
The main living area is bright and welcoming, filled with natural light from large windows and glass doors that open to the Gulf-facing decks. Hardwood flooring and coastal décor create a relaxed beach atmosphere, while comfortable seating centers around the living room fireplace and television for evening relaxation.
The open concept layout connects the living room, dining space, and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to gather together. The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of workspace for preparing meals. The nearby dining area offers seating for group meals, while additional deck seating allows guests to enjoy dining with ocean breezes and views.
A dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays, and thoughtful coastal décor throughout the home reinforces the laid back island setting.

Island Escape truly shines outdoors. Two Gulf facing decks offer outstanding views of the shoreline and provide the perfect place to relax with morning coffee or sunset drinks. For an even higher vantage point, climb to the crow’s nest, where panoramic views of the Gulf reward the short climb with some of the best sunrise and sunset views on the island.
Just steps away, guests can access the beach for swimming, shell collecting, or simply enjoying the rhythm of the waves.
A private pool offers another space for relaxation and fun between beach visits. Pool heating is available for $50 per day upon request, making cooler season stays more comfortable.
Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

Island Escape places guests near many of Dauphin Island’s favorite attractions. Spend the day exploring the historic Fort Gaines, discover marine life at the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, or enjoy birdwatching at the Audubon Bird Sanctuary. Fresh Gulf seafood, casual waterfront restaurants, and bike friendly island roads make it easy to settle into the relaxed pace of island life.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is not pet friendly.
